Return Policy

Returns

For Customers other than Consumers, a handling charge may apply in respect of all products returned other than due to defects covered by the warranty

Customers may only return products to FPS Success Solutions, and receive a credit or refund or replacement on the following conditions:

  1. The Customer should contact FPS Success Solutions to obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all relevant paperwork)
  2. Return must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation) or collection of such product(s).
  3. Products must be returned to FPS Success Solutions in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale;
  4. The Customer must follow any specific instructions which appear on the FPS Success Solutions paperwork with any product regarding its return to FPS Success Solutions; and
  5. Products must be returned to FPS Success Solutions adequately packed and clearly labelled using the address label attached to the Returns Material Authorisation
  6. The Customer must quote the Returns Number on the parcel being returned.

Where the Customer returns products to FPS Success Solutions not in accordance with clause (i) – (vi) above (for example, after the period for returns has expired or in an unfit state) FPS Success Solutions may refuse to accept the return and return the products to the Customer.

FPS Success Solutions accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit from Customer to FPS Success Solutions where FPS Success Solutions has not provided the collection Services.

Cancellations

FPS Success Solutions may, at its discretion, allow an order to be cancelled where there is no fault with the product, Customer provides reasonable explanation for the cancellation (lead time claims will not be valid) and subject to

  1. if applicable, subject to manufacture approval of the cancellation
  2. FPS Success Solutions must have confirmed the cancelation in writing
  3. Any charges applicable to the cancellation from the Manufacture will be the sole responsibility of the Customer
  4. Customer must provide a hard copy order to cover any charges mentioned in clause iii
